BREED/AGE/COLOUR: Belgian Malinois, 3 years and tan.

TYPE OF HOME: Axel hasn’t been typical of the Malinois breed in kennels and is well behaved, well mannered and hasn’t shown any nipping or aggressive behaviour, he seems very affectionate and enjoys fuss & company. Saying that this has been in a kennel environment, and we will only rehome to those who can prove experience with this particular breed and can offer a very active and stimulated life for Axel. As we aren’t sure of his past history we need to make sure Axel goes to the right home who understands his breed and can offer support for various scenario’s of what he may be like in the home. We would look at rescue’s who can take in Axel as well. Axel has restarted his vaccinations, is microchipped and neutering can be discussed before he goes to his new home.

PREVIOUS HISTORY: The chipped owner, and Axel’s first owner, had him most his life until he started to become unsettled & reactive around their young children. Axel was then sent to a training facility who were going to train as a working dog and/or rehome, but we haven’t had any information from them either.
